I joined CF with Jenika almost three years ago and as a long distance runner, thought I was in pretty decent shape. Wrong! CrossFitWestside is the most challenging and rewarding fitness program I have ever done. Jenika and her team inspire, motivate and support you to push your limits and believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to. The coaches are knowledgeable, experienced and design workouts to meet your specific needs. Crossfit goes beyond just workouts, they organise ongoing seminars on topics of interest, social gatherings, and have created a community of people who support and encourage one another no matter what their level of fitness. For me, it all boils down to one word: Confidence. CFWS challenges me everyday and ensures that I succeed. Training at Crossfit Westside has been life-changing. I have always worked out but never had the results that I have obtained from Crossfit. I have been a member at Crossfit Westside since it opened and on my 50th Birthday. I am in the best shape of my life (thanks Crossfit) and it just keeps getting better.
