September 9th: NEW FALL SCHEDULE

CFWS is starting its NEW FALL SCHEDULE next week.We will have over 40 classes running. Including additional lunch classes, elements classes, yoga, and open times. Please check out the online schedule for more details.

Practice:

L-sit holds. Goal is 3 minutes. If you can’t hold for 3 minutes, add up how many times it takes you to reach 3 minutes.

WOD:

6 Knee to Elbow

12 Burpees

18 Box Jumps

AMRAP 20 minutes
