September 8th: Play

We love it when the family plays together. Ema and her daughter practicing some gymnastics at the park. Sunday, September 12th is our first “Yoga for Crossfitters” Class. Make sure you sign up at the gym or email us.

Strength:

Max 5 rep weighted pull ups.

If you cannot do static pull ups, try negatives and do 3-5 sets of 5 reps. Rest as needed between sets

WOD:

Run 800 m

50 Wall Ball
