September 7th: Snatch Combo

Joyce is one of our clients who has seen great success in getting stronger. We remember when she started with a 65lbs deadlift and now is almost at 200lbs. Great job Joyce. We will be starting our 8 week strength program today. All the powerlifting classes will be focused on getting stronger for the CF Football Total. Re-testing will be the week of October 24th. Check the online schedule for exact dates.

12 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (65lbs/95lbs)

10 Hang Power Snatch

8 Snatch Balance

6 Squat Snatch

5 rounds for time

Use the same bar for all lifts.
