Snatch Drops 5×3 (use 50-60% 1rep max Snatch)
Snatch Balance 4 x3 (use 60-70% 1 rep max Snatch)
Partner WOD:
10 Hang Squat Snatch (95lbs/65lbs)
5 rounds for time
Each person does 5 rounds. 1 person works at a time.
