Back Squat

WOD:

Run 800m

4 x

The first round should be a sprint…it should be your fastest time of the day. Rest as much as you need then sprint again trying to get the same time as your first round. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

Did you forget to finish filling out the workout? 4x 800 m doesn’t make sense (why not just write “3200m”). It looks more like it was going to be something AFTER the “4x”
