John Welbourn coaching us on Bench Presses. It was great checking out the new Crossfit Football Certification this past weekend. We learned a ton about programming, lifting, agility training, and nutrition.
Crossfit Westside in dowtown Vancouver offers group classes and level 2 certified coaching using the Crossfit strength and conditioning philosophy. We take functional movements, mix them up, and execute them in short intense workouts. We use movements such as the squat, push up, pull up, sit up, deadlift, lunge, rowing, running, skipping, biking, and more. Each workout has a different combination of exercises with varied repetitions, rounds, and time.
