Mission Statement:

We are committed to offering the best coaching and training in Vancouver. We offer a fun, positive, motivating, and safe environment that allows all our members to learn and grow in the Crossfit Philosophy.

Vision:

To create a community of like minded individuals who are excited about “living their best life” by training hard, eating well, and having fun while doing it.

Why We Do What We Do At CFWS:

We want to change people’s lives through fitness. We believe that if we can help you get things like a handstand, more pullups, lift heavier weight, run stronger and faster, then you can go out in the world and climb that mountain, have more confidence to get that job promotion, have happier relationships, have better quality time with your friends and family, and just live an all around better life. We truly believe it will change your life for the better.

The CFWS Mindset:

1) I will promise to do my best, my best will vary from day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute, but in that minute, I will do the very best that I can.

2) If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. And then I rest and live to fight another day.

3) I fear no man, but I fear my workout. If I don’t fear my workout, it is not hard enough

4) I may be tired, I may cry, but I will not quit. EVER.

5) Never, Never, Never Give up.
