CF KIDS Westside
At CrossFit Kids Westside we offer awesome group classes that combine being active and having fun for kids age 6-10. This strength and conditioning program involves exercises that are essential to children’s play, like pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping. What will your child gain from CrossFit Kids classes:
- Broad fitness (strength, endurance, coordination, balance, agility) – a foundation for athleticism in any sport

This class is for all levels of athleticism and will be led by Crossfit Kids Certified Coach Ema Markovska. Also, we can be found on the CrossFit Kids main site as an official affiliate.
Age range for Kids classes and Times: *6-10 years old Sundays at Noon

• Jan/Feb 8, 15, 22, 29, 5
• Feb/March 12, 19, 26, 4, 11 (Spring Break no classes March 18, 25)
• April/May 1, 15, 22, 29, 6 ( No class on April 8th, Easter)
• May/June 13, 27, 3, 10, 17 (No class on May 20th, Victoria Day weekend)

Meet Ema and her daughter Stella below: 
Ema is a certified Crossfit Kids Coach at Crossfit Westside. Here she is working out with her own daughter Stella! A proud mom, an avid biker and a former capoeirista, Ema is a passionate CrossFitter.
The organic approach to fitness, the exceptional coaches and enthusiastic community at CrossFit Westside inspired Ema to become a confident and knowledgeable athlete and coach. Ema loves the scalable aspect of CrossFit that offers people from different walks of life experience to have great success in both physical and mental preparedness. Ema enjoys her daily experiences in learning and teaching proper form and body awareness, true effort and elite fitness. Also, CrossFit helps Ema keep up with her petite gymnast at home performing pull ups, pike holds and splits.
