We also have the Crossfit Olympic Lifting Competition coming up on Saturday, February 4th. Ryan will be competing in this competition so make sure to go out and cheer for him. For those of you who have not seen Ryan lift, it is quite amazing to see how far he has come in the Snatch and Clean n Jerk this last year.
